With over 18 years of experience in hospitality management, consulting and real estate, Daniel brings an exceptional depth of practical knowledge across all aspects of these industries. His expertise spans risk management, leadership, and the successful implementation of strategies across diverse cultural and economic environments.
Education is a key part of Daniel’s professional journey. His academic background includes the University of Essex, where he specialised in International Economics and Diplomacy; Cornell University, where he studied Real Estate Investments and Hotel Management; and the London School of Economics with a focus on Real Estate.
In addition to leading and co-owning several hospitality and property management companies, Daniel is actively engaged in boutique real estate investment, with a particular interest in restoring historic properties across the CEE region.

Karolína Erdziaková

Karolína refined her expertise at the University of Economics in Bratislava, earning a Master’s degree in Marketing and Tourism. She later expanded her education at the prestigious Universitat de Barcelona, Faculty of Economics and Business, and further honed her creative skills through studies in Interior Design at the Design Academy.
This strong, multidisciplinary foundation — combining economics, marketing, and design — makes Karolína an invaluable member of the Zipser team. With many years of hands-on experience in hospitality and tourism across Slovakia, Mallorca, and Menorca, she transitioned into property management, where she successfully oversaw more than 100 apartments. Her strengths lie in crisis management, time coordination, and client relations.
Beyond property management, Karolína has extensive experience in marketing campaigns and event organisation, working with renowned personalities and brands such as Veuve Clicquot, Moritz Eis, Patron, and Fashion TV.
Her attention to detail and creative vision bring life to every project — from interior design enhanced by artificial intelligence to ongoing property management and investment optimisation.
